April Committee Update

The HHBC Committee met on Monday April 8. The following key issues were discussed.

Library:  Sarah Kelsey conducted an audit of the Club's library. She noted that some books are missing, and as well, recommended updating some books. The Committee agreed to purchase some new books, particularly for beginners.
Saturday Bridge: Commencing June 1, HHBC and Sydney Bridge Centre will host a joint session every Saturday at the Henley Community Centre. Details are in the April  edition of Table Talk and on the Web site.
Projector: The Committee has agreed to purchase a new projector to assist in lesson presentations and for use at the Annual Congress.
Hunters Hill  Congress: This year's Congress will move from a teams format to pairs. This decision was based on a survey of members, where the pairs format was strongly endorsed. The entry fee will be $100 per pair.

Membership: Currently, 272.

Masterpoints: All Green points are up to date and Red points from the State Mixed Pairs will be submitted to the Stae Masterpoint Secretary in April.
